The Madhouse

0 min read
As I raced down the damp alleyway, my long black hair flew into my eyes, making me stumble. I quickly pulled it back and continued to race through the dark. Hearing the pounding footsteps behind me only gave me the adrenaline to run faster. Turning around the corner I gasped at the sight of the fence. Tall and metal. As I scanned the barbed wire lining the top, I felt my heart drop, but I couldn't give up. I won't let them take me back to that house of horrors. I can't let them take me back to that place of despair. To The Madhouse. The leaves rustled behind me; I turned seeing the large man in a white lab coat standing a few feet behind me

Anna

0 min read
Once apon a time, there lived a girl. Her name was Anna. She would always seem so happy to everyone she met, and they loved her, because they did not know her. But if they would only look a bit deeper they would see that she had a past they were not aware of. If they would only search her eyes, they would see the raw pain that lay there. They would see the truth. They would see a girl struggling to survive, not able to live. Once apon a time there lived a girl. Her name was Anna. She was alone in the world of the blind.

I remember the wedding. Even then I knew. There was something in the air, maybe. Something just not right. I had tried to push it away, that feeling, but it lingered on through the years after, seeping slowly through me. I simply couldnt place it, after all, what could be wrong? Elaine and Josh were perfect for each other, but somehow..... Three years later little Ester was born. She was beutifull, and looked just like her mother, but beuty fails, maybe thats why they took her.She never cried, but then again she never laughed. No one knew what was wrong with her, but I had a hunch, after all, David had been careless this time, very careless.
